A: Yes. Every product will go with a serial strict testing after finished the development, and then

Q: Can I customize the MAC address and SN?
A: Yes. Clients can provide the MAC list to burn into the products, also can edit the SN by yourself and then provide the SN list to us.
Q: What is the product lifetime?
A: If the product is with lcd screen, usually it has 30K hours, 50K hours or other specification according to the screen datasheet. If it is not LCD product, 3~5 years.
